Associate General Counsel (Healthcare Privacy Counsel) @ Zellis

Develop and implement privacy policies while advising on compliance with evolving HIPAA, state privacy laws, and cybersecurity obligations. Partner with IT, product, and business teams to support technology transactions, data use initiatives, and incident response efforts. Negotiate commercial contracts containing privacy and security provisions and guide stakeholders on data rights, artificial intelligence, and regulatory issues. Collaborate with outside counsel as needed to address complex privacy challenges across the connected health ecosystem.
