Job Summary
Provide legal guidance on import/export, customs, and trade compliance across APAC; oversee compliance with local APAC regulations, regional export controls, and trade sanctions; lead a team of legal/compliance professionals; manage product classification, licensing, and regulatory filings; collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize duties and credits; represent the company to APAC regulatory authorities and external counsel; develop and deliver internal training on APAC compliance; embody Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Enthusiasm in all activities.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Eligibility to practice law in at least one APAC jurisdiction
- Minimum 7+ years advising import/export, trade compliance, customs, and regional export controls in APAC
- Proven experience managing import/export compliance, licensing, and customs duty optimization
