Job Summary
Negotiate and document Master Lease Agreements, guaranty documents, NDAs, vendor contracts, and Hardware-as-a-Service agreements to drive CSC's equipment financing business. Own the NDA pipeline from intake to execution while developing scalable contracting playbooks and enforcing consistent negotiating positions across all deal types. Assist the General Counsel with litigation, bankruptcy, and regulatory matters as needed within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Manage multiple ongoing deals with precision, leveraging AI tools and Salesforce to streamline documentation and reporting. Report directly to the General Counsel to ensure the contracting function aligns with broader legal strategy and business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law
- 3–5 years of relevant transactional/contracting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with ambiguity

- Based at CSC's Richmond, Virginia office
Desired Qualifications
- Big law experience with a focus on commercial transactions, finance, or equipment leasing
- In-house experience at a bank, equipment finance company, or other financial institution
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9, secured lending, and equipment finance structures
- Experience with HaaS/SaaS agreements
- Proficiency in AI-powered legal tools (e.g., contract review AI, legal research platforms, document automation)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into day-to-day legal workflows
- Experience in leasing, fintech, or VC-backed environments
