Job Summary
Provide comprehensive legal counsel across contracts, eligibility determinations, appeals, claims disputes, compliance actions, policy development, rulemaking, public records, and risk mitigation. Conduct complex legal research to support operational decision-making and draft, review, and interpret policies and administrative rules. Serve as a key liaison between the Office of General Counsel and Division leadership, advising on audits, corrective measures, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Deliver legal training to staff and manage a high-volume workload while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and Arizona laws.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of, and ability to maintain a current valid license to practice law in the State of Arizona.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
