Associate General Counsel

Associate General Counsel to act as a senior legal leader and business partner across market functions, overseeing the legal function in partnership with the General Counsel. Lead legal strategy, drive business initiatives, manage legal and regulatory risks, and provide practical, solution-oriented advice across corporate, commercial, M&A, regulatory, and IT matters. Responsibilities include providing pragmatic legal guidance to enable decision-making, supervising external counsel, leading and developing the legal team, and maintaining alignment with internal policies and standards. Requires 9+ years PQE with multi-practice experience, strong communication and project management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. License may be required for regulated activities; ability to obtain relevant license if applicable. The role emphasizes customer-focused decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality legal services to support business objectives.
