Job Summary
Lead regional legal operations for Enfinity Global's Americas renewable energy portfolio, serving as a senior advisor to business leaders on strategy, risk mitigation, and commercial decision-making. Draft, negotiate, and manage the full suite of land acquisition documents, including options, leases, and easements, while overseeing zoning, permitting, and title resolution. Handle complex financing agreements, project contracts, and M&A transactions, managing due diligence and coordinating with outside counsel. Drive improvements in legal processes, governance frameworks, and contract management to ensure alignment with global standards. Partner with cross-functional teams across development, finance, and asset management to execute legal strategy and track compliance obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- active license to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 7–12 years of legal experience
- significant experience in real estate/infrastructure (acquisition, financing and construction)
- Strong contract negotiation experience
- Experience managing and directing junior counsel or paralegals in contract tracking and compliance
- Experience advising senior business leaders and managing complex workflows
- Comfortable in a lean legal environment with high ownership and autonomy
