Job Summary
Provide legal support for assigned AP Units and CSUs to ensure they are properly advised and protected from significant legal exposure. Manage legal and regulatory compliance matters while delivering results and creating positive community impact. Work closely with the Legal and Compliance team under the supervision of the AVP Legal, VP Legal, or Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In certain instances, support specific BU or CSU requirements on an exclusive or dedicated basis for a predetermined period. Report directly to the BU or CSU head as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- Master in Business Administration (MBA)
- At least three (3) years as a licensed legal professional
- Bar qualification
- Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
