Senior in-house privacy attorney to elevate MRI Software's global privacy program. Drive privacy and AI governance across consumer privacy, data security, and regulatory compliance; provide strategic legal guidance on technology product development, compliance, risk, and commercial contracting; partner with stakeholders worldwide to shape how the company navigates the AI revolution while maintaining strong privacy programs and data governance.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
- 7+ years of experience in an in-house law department
- at least 5 years focused on privacy law
- management experience is required
- authorization to work in the applicable jurisdiction
- CIPP certifications are preferred
