Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution while delivering first-class service and a luxury experience for Associates. Remove obstacles, provide support, and ensure teams feel empowered to act with integrity. Represent the RH brand through polished communication, educate staff on the product assortment, and boldly coach to promote a positive environment. Drive results through engagement and accountability, attract top talent, and address complex HR priorities in partnership with the People Team. Requires 7+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, proficiency with Mac and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 15 kg while navigating gallery floors.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
- Superior organisation and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others

- Ability to manoeuvre effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
