Job Summary
Associate, Fund Operations (CLO) will support European and US CLO strategies through asset settlements and cash movements, data management, front office reporting, regulatory submissions (ESMA, MiFID II and equivalents US), fund reporting, custodian system input for settlements and corporate actions, warehouse drawdown management, and support for audit, KYC and due diligence. The role emphasizes improving operational workflows with AI/automation, and requires strong Excel skills, English (Spanish an advantage) and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. The position is based in Madrid and involves collaboration with teams in London and the US.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level educated; finance, accounting or economics preferred
