Associate, Fund Finance (Direct Lending)

Oversee a portfolio of direct lending Credit Funds by reviewing accounting records, annual accounts, capital account statements, and investor reports. Support the boards of directors on corporate, legal, and tax matters related to fund governance while maintaining corporate records and statutory files. Coordinate the year-end audit, manage cash flows including distributions and capital calls, and supervise deal execution. Review foreign tax reporting, oversee Luxembourg tax compliance, and assist with transactions by liaising with advisors. Contribute to ad-hoc projects involving process automation and data strategy. Requires 5-8 years of experience in private credit or asset management with strong analytical skills.
