Job Summary
Associate, Fund Administration II at BNY Mellon, based in Lake Mary, FL. Perform fund administration for funds with intricate portfolio assets and transactions, including expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation, analysis of fund metrics and compliance. Calculate daily fund position and cash reconciliations for moderately complex funds and assist in resolving escalated discrepancies. Report and analyze fund revenues, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics. Communicate fund expense and performance information to clients, review fund data for regulatory, BNY Mellon, and client compliance, and collaborate with auditors to provide requested information of greater complexity. Compile and analyze fund performance data for Board of Directors materials; review fund expense budgeting conducted by support staff; provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in accounting or fund administration preferred.
- No direct people leadership responsibilities.
