Job Summary
Coordinate internal and external financial reporting processes, including timelines, schedules, and deliverables for private equity funds and special purpose vehicles. Prepare and distribute financial reports with external fund administrators, review capital calls, distribution notices, and partner capital account statements, and manage overall fund liquidity through bank account coordination and payment transactions. Collaborate with the Investment team on funding, transaction support, and capital calls, while assisting with annual audit coordination and regulatory reporting. Maintain portfolio databases, investment holding schedules, and quarterly NAV packages, and support investor requests for existing and upcoming fund launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Charted Accountant (CA)
- Prior experience at the Executive level (or equivalent), with minimum of 1-3 years of audit experience
- Public accounting experience (preferably with Big 4) and/or relevant corporate/in-house experience
- Meticulous, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player
