Own deployment through CI/CD pipelines, monitor production systems, and participate in incident resolution and post-mortems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers to drive enterprise software products. This role targets early-career developers with 0–3 years of experience to ship code from day one.

  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development workflows
  • Proven experience writing automated tests: unit tests (pytest, Jest, or equivalent), integration tests, and component tests for front-end
  • Experience with deployment workflows: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent), build automation, and release management

  • Solid foundation in Git, version control workflows, code reviews, and modern engineering tooling
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across both back-end and front-end layers

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience integrating with Large Language Model APIs from any major provider
  • Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, or LLM-powered application patterns
  • Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering, or static-site generation
  • Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent), and production monitoring
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or AI/ML toolchains
  • Contributions to open-source projects, technical blog posts, hackathon participation, or a public GitHub portfolio
  • Internship or project experience in product engineering, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to design systems, accessibility (WCAG) standards, or component library development
