Job Summary
Support Fitch Tech and Data as an Associate in accelerating the discovery and evaluation of transformative technologies. Your role includes maintaining a technology radar for emerging tech trends, conducting hands-on trials, and translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate across teams to understand needs and document trial outcomes while operating effectively in ambiguity. Required qualifications include 2–5 years in relevant tech fields, familiarity with AI/ML, and experience in building prototypes. Strong communication skills and a keen interest in new technologies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in technology, engineering, data, or applied research roles (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and modern developer tooling
- Experience building small prototypes (e.g., Python, notebooks, APIs, lightweight apps)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, knowledge graphs, quantum computing, AR/VR)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
