Job Summary

Associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation seeking high-profile, complex matters in a Chambers-ranked Band 1 team. Responsibilities include preparing for and participating in trials (including plan confirmation), engaging in all aspects of discovery (depositions, document requests, and written discovery), drafting and revising pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda in Chapter 11 and related insolvency matters, conducting legal research under the US Bankruptcy Code, supporting cross-border insolvency matters, analyzing financial information to support litigation strategy, and contributing to internal knowledge materials. Emphasis on excellent writing, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, proactive learning, and client communication. The role offers exposure to fast-moving bankruptcy litigation and collaboration with senior lawyers on high-profile projects.

Required Qualifications

  • one to three years of experience as an attorney in bankruptcy or commercial litigation
  • strong writing and drafting skills
