Job Summary
Deploy AI-based applications, automation workflows, and related services into production environments while supporting end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and validation. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable, production-ready solutions that align with business objectives. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, release processes, and environment management, including containerization, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation efforts. Develop and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools, while monitoring application performance, availability, and reliability in production. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments, escalate as needed, and create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks to support the transition of solutions to operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
- 1+ years of experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python)
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts or enterprise AI tools
- Foundational understanding of APIs, MCP, system integration, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and containerization
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in dynamic environments
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and ambiguity
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to work on site
- Must be able to move between buildings and floors
- Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day
- Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets
- Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed
- Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels daily
- Requires some lifting and moving of up to 15 pounds
