Job Summary
The Lane Bryant Associate creates a warm, welcoming store environment and uses customer engagement to meet company goals. They identify customer needs through conversation, share current products, fit and fashion trends, and reinforce the brand experience with strong product knowledge. Responsibilities include supporting store operations and merchandising, prioritizing tasks to meet customer and business needs, protecting assets, and following policies and employment laws. The role requires strong sales or hospitality skills, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and comfort using mobile tech (registers, iPad) to engage customers. Physical duties include moving merchandise and fixtures and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed. Required Qualifications
