Job Summary
Associate for Data Operations & Accounting oversees data operations for loan and investment administration and supports accounting tasks. Responsibilities include extracting and generating data from banking software, ensuring data integrity, producing comprehensive operation and administrative reports, reviewing loan/investment files and maintaining exception reports, supporting Accounts Payable and back-up for check runs, preparing monthly reconciliation reports, maintaining depreciation and amortization schedules, tracking insurance renewals, administering investment support and rebate reports, and preparing mortgage releases and quarterly/annual Offering Circular reports. Requires undergraduate degree (preferable) and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and familiarity with non-profit contexts ( Presbyterian Church USA).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, accounting or a related field
- Proven experience in banking software and data extraction; strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of non-profit organizations; knowledge of or experience with the Presbyterian Church (USA)
