Job Summary
Manage client relationships and support the CPG & Healthcare team by developing trusting working relationships with world-leading multinational companies across the Indo-Pacific and Africa. Coordinate with senior client services, country, and research teams to ensure tasks are assigned, timelines met, and high-quality service delivery. Conduct ongoing research on assigned clients and sectors to inform engagements, draft read-ahead materials and talking points for leadership, and curate global business awareness to shape BGA strategies. Contribute to research products, frame stakeholder maps and engagement strategies, and network at external events to raise sector profile.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise and/or experience in the Indo-Pacific generally and the region's geopolitical and economic trajectories specifically
- Experience in healthcare, reimbursement and market access, nutrition, EPR, sustainability, supply chain policy and regulations in the region
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in native-level English
- Proficiency in an Asian language
- Two to five years of experience in work requiring analysis, research and writing
- Previous experience in advocacy-focused organizations (business councils, industry associations, membership organizations), particularly in member-facing roles
- Aptitude for public speaking and project presentations
- Superb and self-confident interpersonal skills, including with international counterparts
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet applications
- Enthusiasm and ability to learn and adopt new technologies
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Graduate degree in business, public policy, public affairs, international affairs, journalism, or related fields
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to frame, provide and solicit input and conduct final check for client deliverables
- Ability to keep abreast of news relevant to clients and provide top-line analysis of current events and how developments affect clients' business operations
- Ability to develop a highly sophisticated understanding of clients' business models, their Asia- and Africa- focused initiatives, and the challenges and opportunities present for clients in the region
- Ability to establish trusting relationships with the people with whom we work, both internally and externally
- Ability to participate in webinars, conferences, and external events on behalf of the CPG & Healthcare team to raise the team's sector knowledge and profile
Desired Qualifications
- Native-level English
- Proficiency in an Asian language
