Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, serving trays, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or automatic machine per established policies. Store cleaned items in appropriate areas and maintain the work area in a neat, orderly condition. Requires six months of sanitation experience and a National Food Handler Card. Full-time, 8-hour day shifts. Works under close supervision according to department procedures.
Required Qualifications
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
- 6 months Sanitation experience (i.e. dish room, pots, equipment, etc.)
