Job Summary
As an Associate in Food & Beverage, you will deliver a friendly and elevated guest experience, provide knowledgeable service, and create an inviting shop environment. Responsibilities include preparing products according to brand standards, operating the POS system accurately, monitoring inventory, assisting with shop upkeep, and supporting team operations. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage or a similar environment, strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform physical retail and food-service tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing step stools or ladders as needed
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Motivated by creating a standout customer experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cash handling and POS experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to obtain one, depending on local requirements
