Job Summary
Associate Flex Manager responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the facility, assisting in growing and maximizing store revenue and occupancy, developing knowledge of the self-storage industry and company products, handling customer sales, inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, marketing the store through customer referrals and local community involvement, maintaining the property with Maintenance Personnel, and traveling to multiple locations within the area. Requires driving and willingness to travel; strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales or management experience
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Expert problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area
