Job Summary
Associate will manage branch resources, drive growth, and deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to business goals. The role combines operational discipline, people support, relationship management, and process improvement to ensure the branch operates efficiently while customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing resources to support branch performance, identifying growth opportunities, implementing governance and compliance, budgeting contributions, collaborating across teams, and delivering value through process improvements to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate
- Preferred Qualification: Undergraduate Diploma NQF Level 6 in Business Administration, Banking, or Financial Services
- 4 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales and service management and proven leadership experience
