Job Summary
Meet with members and prospective members to provide account services, financial guidance, and value-adding solutions. Engage clients using the PEAK'T Service model to explore relevant options and refer to internal partners. Originates consumer lending applications and handles account maintenance needs including opening/closing accounts, online banking support, and fee refunds. Process deposits, cash handling, withdrawals, and payments while fostering professional relationships to increase member acquisition through outbound calling. Adhere to all Federal and State laws, including the Bank Secretcy Act. Full-time or part-time hours Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years consultative sales/service experience
- 1+ years of Financial Institution Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment
- Personal smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs of force occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs of force infrequently
- Adherence with established policies, procedures, and processes
- Adherence to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Ability to work Monday – Saturday
- Ability to work 3⁄4 time 30 hours per week, 1⁄2 time 20 hours per week, or 1⁄4 time 10-15 hours per week
- Non-Exempt employment classification
- Ability to submit to a credit history report
Desired Qualifications

- Consumer and business lending experience
