Job Summary

Conduct bookkeeping and general ledger accounting for family entities using QuickBooks, maintaining ledgers with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, recommending corrective entries. Generate client financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, including balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules. Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure record accuracy, while supporting cash management reporting and financial operations for residential holdings and acquisitions. Report directly to the Managing Director, Head of Financial Reporting.
