Job Summary
Associate – Financial Controlling & Analysis responsible for financial control and performance analysis across international group companies and direct sales regions; manage budgeting and forecasting with financial and commercial perspectives; perform detailed variance analysis across PL/BS items; ensure timely, accurate reporting by deadlines; conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and reports; prepare extensive SKU-level profitability analyses; monitor sales estimations and pricing, manage net working capital, and support IFRS-informed financial practices. Located in İstanbul, Türkiye, this role requires English proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach to finance and business insight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Having strong IFRS background is a plus
- Being a good team player with initiative and open communication
