Associate Financial Analyst

The Associate Financial Analyst will support FP&A processes and management reporting, build planning models, automate processes, and provide financial analysis. Responsibilities include developing forecasts and budgets monthly, performing variance analysis, assisting with month-end close to capture accruals, reviewing procurement requests for budgeting alignment, and acting as a business partner to department heads and senior management. The role involves cross-functional ad-hoc projects, preparing monthly reporting packages, and supporting forecast/budget/close cycles. Strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work independently are required.
