Associate Financial Analyst

Serve as the primary FP&A reviewer for company purchase order requests, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and policies. Partner with business leaders, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to resolve spending questions and escalate concerns exceeding budget limits. Prepare weekly Accounts Payable reports and quarterly departmental expense analyses, comparing actual results against budgets to identify spending variances and drivers. Monitor spending trends, develop dashboards for visibility into expenditures, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting. Assist with expense forecasting and ongoing budget management activities. This role reports to a Financial Analyst and requires onsite presence three days a week at the Durham, NC headquarters.
