Conduct client engagements to understand personal and business priorities, then recommend personalized mortgage and retail banking solutions. Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients by deepening relationships and ensuring investment, financial, and credit needs are met through comprehensive offers or formal introductions to Imperial Service colleagues. Execute marketing and outreach activities to grow networks, while leveraging technology by introducing clients to mobile banking applications. Call existing and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and refer prospects to appropriate partners. Work full-time on-site in a fast-paced Banking Centre, utilizing critical thinking to deliver forward-looking financial plans that help clients achieve their goals.
