Job Summary
The Associate Financial Administrator II prepares quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds, maintains expense budgets and accruals, and processes expense payment authorizations. Responsibilities include calculating management fees, utilizing fund performance tracking systems, compiling reports for the Trust’s Board, and completing ad hoc reporting. Required skills encompass financial services knowledge, financial reporting systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, alongside personal integrity and accountability. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field
- 1 year of accounting or finance experience
