Job Summary
Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds while maintaining expense budgets and processing payment authorizations. Calculate management fees and advisor waivers, then distribute fee authorizations to appropriate parties. Utilize fund performance tracking systems to monitor results and compile quarterly reports for the Trust's Board. Complete off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting as needed. Maintain daily contact with the Financial Administration team regarding statements, compliance, and audits. This role supports Ultimus Fund Solutions in servicing mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field
- Experience in accounting or finance
- Financial services industry
- SEC Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, and 24f-2
- Stocks, bonds, options, and foreign securities and derivatives
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat
- Troubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills
- Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills
- Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Demonstrates personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability
- Effectively uses resources such as time and information in conjunction with associates
