Job Summary
Associate - Finance Operations responsible for timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned Clients, including reconciliation of bank accounts, processing daily payment receipts, AP/AR, PAYG/STP, GST and payroll tax, BAS/IAS preparation, producing financial reports and performing account data analysis, payroll-related activities, bank reconciliations, and supporting client onboarding and trainings. Requires a Finance/Accounting qualification and 1-3 years of Australian accounting experience; proficient in XERO and MYOB; based in Sri Lanka with Australian time-zone alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance / Financial accounting / CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Australian accounting practices
- Proficient in using the XERO and MYOB accounting systems
- Excellent command of English and ability to work under minimum supervision
- Flexibility of working within the Australian time zone
