Job Summary
Associate in the Finance and Development Unit within the Housing Team analyzes affordable housing development feasibility, conducts research and analysis, engages stakeholders and coordinates community outreach, performs affordable housing feasibility and real estate underwriting analyses, identifies business development opportunities, maintains data and reporting systems, and provides general administrative and project support to implement and monitor affordable housing funding programs. The role is mostly remote with work hours aligned to Pacific Standard/Daylight Time and may involve occasional travel.
