Associate Field Service Technician - Caserta, Angri

Perform installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products, primarily at customer sites. Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs within your assigned territory. Evaluate equipment functionality to resolve issues directly or report them per established procedures. Manage service intervention scheduling, complete required documentation, and collaborate with clients to ensure high satisfaction and clear product understanding.
