Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment in assigned territories while performing preventative maintenance and responding to routine performance issues. Troubleshoot mechanical, system, and network hardware problems, escalating complex repairs as needed, and provide operator training to customers. Manage customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and identify revenue-generating opportunities through service contract marketing. Document all service reports and maintain inventory within departmental guidelines. This role involves up to 20% overnight travel supporting Portland, ME, and Augusta, ME.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training
- 2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software
- 2 years of experience in networking/wireless networking
- Equivalent level of competency attained through appropriate training curriculum
- Up to 20% overnight travel

Desired Qualifications
- 4 year Engineering Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical or related
- Basic knowledge of electronics
