Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems; work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms; maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers; travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations; sharpen skills through self-directed learning and take on more responsibility as you advance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
