Job Summary
Maintain and strengthen relationships with an established book of clients through proactive communication, conducting virtual, phone, and in-person meetings to address questions and identify evolving needs. Perform regular review meetings and periodic check-in calls to ensure client satisfaction while delivering a high-touch, fiduciary-focused experience. Introduce new clients to the advisory process, partner with Client Services for account openings, and assist with onboarding training. Assist in retirement planning conversations, identify estate and tax opportunities, and coordinate introductions to specialized attorneys and professionals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive wealth management solutions and support advisors in delivering integrated financial strategies. This role is based 100% onsite at the Scottsdale corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Clean U4 record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 securities registration
- Active Arizona Life & Health/Annuity Insurance License
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and retirement planning concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client relationship management (CRM) systems
- Positive, proactive, and client-first mindset
- This position is based 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate headquarters
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, retirement planning, or investment advisory services
- Experience working directly with clients in a financial advisory environment
- Interest in pursuing advanced industry credentials such as CFP®, CIMA®, CFA®, or CPA
