Associate Facility Manager (R&M)

Associate Facility Manager provides independent contributions by handling R&M work orders from assigned client accounts, acting as dispatch to oversee projects from inception to completion, sourcing vendors nationwide, obtaining price quotes and bids, verifying scope of work at store level, ensuring timely vendor dispatch, managing client communications and escalations, and updating work orders in the lifecycle system. Responsibilities include ensuring client service levels, updating status, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams on quotes, pricing, and approvals, as well as reconciling vendor invoices and supporting proposal creation and follow-ups.
