Job Summary
Associate Facilities Engineer for Cushman & Wakefield's Client Site in MN. Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, coordinating repairs, driving regulatory compliance, executing validation protocols, documenting and reporting corrective actions for nonconformances and CAPA, managing work orders in ServiceNow, updating documentation, creating change orders, and maintaining SOPs, URS, and Quality Plans. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Engineering and 2-4 years in a regulated environment; familiarity with GDP, cGMP, and Design Control; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; and ability to perform physical tasks (up to 50 lb). The role is on-site at the client site in St. Paul, MN, with a comprehensive benefits package and compensation that varies by location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- 2-4 years of work experience in a documentation-heavy, regulated industry (including but not limited to: food processing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, banking, semiconductors, aircraft maintenance, OR OTHER SIMILAR)
- Familiarity with scientific terminology, regulatory writing styles, and standards & procedures
- Proficiency and understanding of Design Control, GDP and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Adherence to high ethical standards and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50lb unassisted
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
