Job Summary
Associate - Facilities Administration responsible for general admin management (office services, reception, mail, catering), coordinating facility management, budget support and cost analyses, managing payments and vendor relationships, ensuring statutory compliance, security, and safety, supervising Admin Coordinators and maintenance staff, travel arrangements, hotel/service apartment coordination, and providing cross-functional admin support to employees; requires strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
