Job Summary
Develop and execute business strategy to meet operational and financial targets while overseeing daily community operations, revenue generation, and staff development. Manage state and federal regulatory compliance, lead the sales and marketing process to exceed occupancy goals, and perform human resources functions including recruitment and disciplinary actions. Set quality assurance standards, ensure resident safety and wellbeing, and occasionally cover weekend shifts as Manager on Duty. Maintain direct responsibility for the community's financial management and foster a culture focused on residents, families, and associates.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Administrator's license/certification per state requirements (CALA)
- Occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs
- The associate must use proper body mechanics
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- LPN NJ license and/or Med Tech certification a plus
- Prior leadership experience within the health care industry preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead a team
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
