Job Summary
The Associate Executive Director/Associate Account Executive (AAE) will facilitate day-to-day operational execution for various professional associations. Key responsibilities include assisting in association management, acting as a liaison between client organizations and internal teams, managing strategic initiatives, overseeing client financial budgets, preparing status reports, and supporting volunteer leadership. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, communication, program management, and financial management skills. Ewald Consulting offers a pay range of $50,000 to $70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in association management or related experience
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills
- Solid PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership experience working in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Program management experience
- Financial management experience
- Time management skills
