Job Summary
Review, analyze, and develop strategies for assigned estate planning matters from start to finish. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide well-informed advice. Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents with precision. Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining regular, proactive communication with clients about case progress and next steps. Represent clients effectively in negotiations and work toward favorable resolutions. Partner with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including adherence to state bar requirements and firm policies. Assist in setting retainers, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely collection of receivables for assigned cases. Stay current with legal developments and complete all required Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to maintain bar membership.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estates and trusts practice, including estate planning and estate and trust administration
- Experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning instruments
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Desired Qualifications
- Litigation experience is a plus, particularly in trust, estate, fiduciary, or Orphans' Court matters
