Job Summary
Complete estate settlement processing by handling ad-hoc EFTs and wires, updating payment reports and internal systems, and managing cash and securities movements for deceased client accounts. Ensure accurate documentation and authorization for all financial requests while responding to advisor inquiries and processing mailbox requests within established service levels. Coordinate with internal business units, conduct due diligence on transaction types, and assist with special projects during peak periods. Maintain timely completion of death settlements through collaboration and effective communication with third parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 year of experience in the Financial Services industry (including internships) in an Administrative/Operations environment or similar capacity

Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Registered Products (RRSP, RIF, TFSA, LIRA, LIF, RESP)
- Estate/Death Settlement knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of industry back-office or Operations practices
- Prior data entry/financial transaction processing experience
- Understanding of investing fundamentals and/or Mutual Funds
