Job Summary
Develop and validate test solutions for new automotive products, including hardware and software. Support new product introduction activities by executing test protocols, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing data to identify trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and improve product manufacturability and reliability. Document procedures, results, and best practices while participating in process improvement initiatives and equipment maintenance. Apply industry standards such as AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 in project work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of test methodologies
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, etc.)
- Hands-on skills with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
- Basic programming or scripting (Python, C, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Yes, 10% of the time
