Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (F7 LITO)

Job Summary
Review and analyze SPC/FDC charts, setup data, and tool release documentation following CAS/SOP procedures. Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide accurate pass-downs of tool inhibits, lot dispositions, and line issues. Assist engineers in qualification, process improvement, and new equipment projects while coordinating with PE, EAE/EE, technicians, and other modules to ensure SOP compliance. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process robustness, cost, and capacity efficiency. Perform 12-hour shift duties with day/night rotation to support global fab operations, with flexibility for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics
- Good team player
- willing to learn new skills with good initiatives and accountability
- Good communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written)
- Perform shift duties (12-hours shift, day/night rotation) to support operations
- Flexible and able to support overtime
