Job Summary
Associate Engineer to build scalable, cutting-edge software and application solutions for enterprise clients. Implement engineering best practices such as design review, CI, and test-driven development. Present technical proposals and solution strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting client engagement and relationship-building. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, architects, project managers, and sales to define technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and align business and technology objectives. Explore new technology platforms, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 1 year of computer programming experience
- 1 year of back-end development with Jersey or Spring framework
- 1 year of relational database experience (Postgres, MySQL)
- 1 year with NoSQL technologies (Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB)
- 1 year experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- 1 year experience with agile JIRA and DevOps tools (Docker, Gradle, Git)
- 1 year hands-on programming with Java, JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React), and Python
