Job Summary
Trainee Associate Engineer in Network Operations & Technical Support within Singtel's GRIT programme. Responsibilities include planning, testing, and commissioning fibre, copper, and network equipment within Singtel exchanges; troubleshooting network faults and connectivity issues to ensure reliable service; gaining hands-on experience in telecommunications exchange operations and maintenance; assisting in equipment labeling, network record updates, and NGNIS-aligned documentation; supporting asset verification, inventory checks, and maintenance coordination; participating in fault tracking, safety compliance, and Workplace Safety & Health activities; collaborating with engineers and technical teams on troubleshooting, maintenance, and engineering projects; contributing to operational improvements while building real-world telecom network experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions
- No prior working experience
- Prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship
