Associate Engineer, Mechanical Design

Job Summary
Design detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software while applying proper GD&T. Build, assemble, and test physical prototypes, design test fixtures, and execute test plans to evaluate product performance, durability, and safety. Assist in selecting materials and manufacturing processes to ensure Design for Manufacturability and maintain accurate engineering documentation and Bill of Materials. Conduct basic structural, thermal, and tolerance stack-up analyses to validate design integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, industrial designers, and manufacturing partners to resolve design constraints and meet project timelines. This entry-level role supports product development cycles across HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace, and Capital Equipment sectors. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering with one year of direct experience in multi-disciplinary environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering
- Entry level to 1 year of direct working experiences in mechanical product design within a multi-disciplinary environment and have completed multiple product development cycles
- Good knowledge in industrial standards and system level environmental compliance
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, ability to work in an international team
- Good team work attitude, collaboration and communication skills
- Business travel possible (include the oversea travel)
